Whats wrong with my Skimmer???

Bros...i've gotta big problem with my skimmer...

it used to be able to skim well and without any problem...however, since i have returned from a short overseas trip recently, the water level dropped to the minimum required and there is a cranking sound coming out from the skimmer.

ever since, after i have topped up the water level, it began to blow water with tiny bubbles into my tank and it looks very messy...is it that my skimmer is already gone?? due to the evaporation of water and have overheated??

Or any kind bros out there can advice on whats the problem??By the way, i am using JEBO Skimmer...pls advice

maybe you can try changing the pump of the skimmer. BTW,i not very sure either.

try dismantling the pump see if the ceramic shaft is broken

its the shaft which is in the centre of the magnetic propeller
