Cucumbers Snails and Stars

Hi all, can anyone tell me which cucumbers, snails and starfish are useful and which are "harmful" in a reef tank?

Can get info from other websites, but they often quote animals that may not be available at LFS, so wondering if anyone could help by giving a more "local" perspective... thanks!

well as far as i know normal snails like turbo snails bumble bee snails are kinda useful....

Well most snails are useful they eat algae

black cucumber is good for sandbed. they only clean the surface and they don't dig

also how much do snails usually cost? reb*rn charges 1 dollar per snail, is that ok?

also, i only seem to see one kinda snail around, know where i can get others? maybe more attractive ones?

I've gotta say Reborn has one of the cheapest LS around...

yup its kinda cheap me bought my snails there too hee

not sure bout other snails, only seen turbo snails so far
