faulty timer?

I came back a while ago and realised that my tank light was off. Seems like the timer did not work, but however, when I removed and replug the plug to the timer, it worked. Anyone knows wat went wrong? My fishes are also kind of lethargic and so are my corals, any idea wat I can do to 'revive' them?

Its a 24 hour programmable timer. Its not a digital one. The brand is 'Diehl'.

That's a good brand .. I think most probably the timer didn't sit properly.

check ur settings, it could be due to a multiplug resting on the black push-downs or u did not push them down properly ( they can stay in the middle )
