is the clock on the left hand side of the page in accordance to my CPU time, or linked to some website which has updates with atomic clocks?

time to caliberate my other time telling pieces then.

it's based on CPU time.. but ur cpu is constantly updates the time recalibrating it in accordance to some atomic clock in micorsoft or something.. people in other time zones also see Singapore's time and not the time in the other time zone because the clock is set according to singapore time zone. it will check what time zone the computer is set to and convert to singapore time GMT +8 hrs

I know about the atomic clock update thing with microsoft.

however, mine doesn't seem to connect everytime I click on update time. happening to both my desktop and notebook.

both original XP platforms some more.
