Plenum System

Hi, :lol:

Anyone with a Plenum system?

Pls share ur experience. :bow:

1. May I know which sand grade suit the system?

2. What type of material( can find in singapore ) is use for the fine screen cover on top of the eggcrate?

3. Have bad experience?

Size #1 and larger. #0 will fall through the netting.

The netting is the green fibre glass net to keep mozzies out with.

Nothing really. It works.

Remember the wrap the plenum on all six sides including the bottom to prevent sand from getting under it and filling up the space.

6" including the plenum which is about 1.5-2" high.

4 years and a bit more.

I like to stir the sand sometimes or the Streams will do it for me. No hydrogen sulphide is released, so no worries.

If u do the plenum system properly, u can get alot of advantages from it.... 1 of the major advantage is the recycling of waste product into useful products again....
