ic.. u are using prawn to cycle too.

still buying your equipment ? Best > try not to rest your LR against the glass..( for your case.. okie.. only few live rock.. ) how many kg of LR .? less than 50kg?

a num of rock holes for your fishes.. :P

actually you can use Biohome in your sump.. k ask Ekia about biohome. < he ..using it now.

2x39W (DE)< during cycling stage only? ! waiting for your T5s or MH to arrive .. ??

rowa yes to prevent build up of po4 which may lead to algae bloom during cycling

carbon NO....carbon removes DOC if i'm not mistaken but that's exactly wat u wanna haf in yr tank cos DOC is food for bact so don't put yet

btw...ju advice...u should add more rocks i think

btw...wat's biohome for?

some stuffs that i learned from alanseah.. about using alcohols to achieve low-nutrition level... reduce Nitrate and po4.

for the link.. this low nutrition is good for corals, sps ..taken from Fiji (low-nutrition level). not asking you to use this method.... just want to share this infor with you, bro. :o

nice rockscape! lots of space for fishes to swim :D

Anyway, forgot to remind you to place the biohome in the last compartment of the sump just before the return pump or the same compartment with the return pump if its insump. The reason is to prevent detritus from blocking/getting into the porous regions of the biohome which is supposed to house anaerobic bacteria for denitrification purposes(nitrate-nitrite).

What about the active carbon? Can I put together near with Biohome?

Thinking of getting Rowa too, but how much should I use?
