Think Zoos also need t5/MH otherwise they will lose their colouration as they are not exposed to enough UV rays for them to sustain the UV shield(which is what contributes to their colour)

FL can sustain zoos but prolly will lose colouration

different colour zoos required different lighting

so as mushrooms

lighter colour zoos or mushrooms prefer to be on higher rocks as they are usually found on the shallow in nature

and darker colour tend to like lower ground

and of course if you have a 2ft depth tank and a 250w MH dont think that any lighter zoos or mushrooms will like to be on top......

and best if the water temp is a round 26 to 27

Nah zoos dun look good under Pl..... Mh with high kelvin or t5 will do great...

i agree with DA

As last time use to keep zoos and yuma under FL. And most of the red zoos turn to brownish red.

Upgrade to PL and FL manage to keep some of my red zoos red as i had shifted them higher

Den now with MH, PL and FL the colour turn out great and the yumas open big so as their little bubbles
