Hi guys,

Got some rock anemones growing in my tank, they spread damn fast! :blink: Wats the proper way of dealing with them?

Mix kalk paste and then inject directly into their mouths?

Will it release any harmful toxins into the water?

Need some advice on this... Thanks in advance! :)

mix kalk paste, use a syringe, get close to the rock anemone, fire away!!! juz take note of the surrounding corals....... ensure minimal or no kalk paste touches them. ;)

i use a scissors to cut them off at the base and remove watever the top part.. do u guys think it will work? :lol:

:pinch::blink: No point

Read tt they will grow from any little bits left... :pinch:

If you cut , and miss.... you'll soon have 2 or more growing in yr tank.

Safer to just inject, and suck out :lol:

if u have alot of them,make sure u nuke them slowly,like 3 or 4 per day..if not the die off will create a sudden fluactuation in ur water parameters..best if u can suck them out with a hose shortly after they begin to melt.

Ok, thanks for the point. ;)

btw, bro, your avatar... :sick::sick::pinch:
