sump lighting for macro algae

is there any recommendations for lightings in the sump? PL? FL?

purpose is for growing algae.

some people even use MH in their sumps

minimum? can a FL do the trick? its just for growing macro algae and nothing else..

DSB not affected by lightings right?

DSB is affected by lighting to some extent.

The aerobic autotrophic bacteria requires light to synthesize food and together, takes up organic waste.

I do not really recommend FL as macroalgae will most probably crash if not given enough light
