Coz I can see whitish patches appearing. The whitish patches usually indicate dead sponge tissue. Look at the water output channels. If you can see membrane-like structures being 'blown out' it means the sponge is filtering water and is still alive. If not...chances are that it is dying/dead.

Always something more important than fish.

do they need strong lite?do they need strong water movement?

They need regular feedings of live or frozen phytoplankton to survive.

I don't think that is a photosynthetic sponge so you can put it away from light to prevent cyano from growing on it.

Moderate current is good.

i actually discover them today under my LR,n now i overturn the LR so that they r on top now,so should i put them back in original position or put them straight up?

Yeah no need light but strong current useful.

Main Tank : 48 inch by 36 inch by 28 inch (2 sides starphire glass)
