Taking care of a favia....

Hi all. I got a red favia from the recent irwana shipment thinking it was a blasto. Anyway, now that it's in my tank, hope someone can help me with what its requirements are. Specifically with regards to flow and light. Would like to give it a good home!

hehe... here it is.....paisay... doesn't look v healthy to me... dunno if it's my fault. anyway, i spotted some whitish stuff on it (inset of circle). Any cause for concern?

guess it's 'burn" by other corals..
