If you're lazy like I am to prepare your own marine mix, some commercial vitamin supplements such as KENT's Zoe may help.

My fishes maintains its brilliant colours even being fed with brine and mysis shrimp soaked in Zoe and terrestrial vegetable as their staple algae only (I can't wean them off it now and they don't like Nori)
