I need advise for the lighting for SH in refugium.

Believe either PL or FL is good enough for purpose of a 2ftx2ft cube refugium and SH. Kindly advise if this is correct understanding ?

Is a 2ft PL more effective than a FL ?

Also, can anyone points me to where to get healthy SH ? Anyone has too many and looking for SH sugar-daddy (valid for SH only) can PM me too. Definitely won't take things for free.

helo, presently i'm using 2x39 watts t5 on my SH tank, b4 upgrading, irun a 3ft pl, 3ft 10k, and 3 ft atinic on my SH's tank, don find my SH having any difficulties in tat kind of condition.
