I have this elegance that is discharging some smoke not sure what it is or is it spawning? Should i remove it?

I believe it is releasing some sperm, I have witnessed my bubbles doing that. just leave it alone, nothing to worry about. I suppose this happen when the light is dimmed/blue as in my case.
