issit like a coco worm? has an encrusted shell?? can't really make out how it is like, just saw some hair on your brain...

if it is, then wait for your brain to shrink 1st, then use a plier to destroy the shell..but this will cause brain damage. .but it should heal in no time. ..mine took about 2-3weeks to heal...
