How to decrease KH?

Using Hagen KH/GH test kit. Test shows above 125mg/L.

Notice my LS are acting weird today so I did the test and found the KH is above 125mg/L. Test done this morning before lights goes on. Clean filter media last night and added Aqua Phos. Ph is @ 8.1 Aqua Phos removed before I left house.

Advice please.

Use another reliable test kit to test again. If still high, perform 20-30% water change over the next few days. Test before every water change.

Thanks. Did a 10% water change just now and notice that my LS is more lively now. Will try to get another test kit to perform test. what would be a reliable one? Beside Saifert (Did I get the spelling right )

Mean time, will keep monitor the behaviour for the next few days. Thanks.

you also face the same thing as i face....i used the Nurafin test kits...even worst...about 20+ drop then change color...haiz...but my coral are doing fine....so i dont care it first....what i do is weekly change water...and see how it goes....
