unwanted crabs

hi guys,

can anybody help me with this problem? i have unwanted crabs living inside my tanks which have big claws.Suspecting that they had kill my fish...any fish can be introduce to get rid of them...

Triggerfishes...

but consider carefully if the trigger'll be compatible with your other fishes. They like to crunch crustaceans and molluscs like crabs and shrimps so you can't have them if you are keeping shrimps.

But i believe a trigger'll solve the crab problem for you... and in case you decide to get one, choose a more benign species, like the niger (black) trigger.

i'm keeping tangs and shrimps in my tank..

hmm... any other gd fishes other than trigger ?

Take out those rocks that u suspect/confirm having those crabs and soak them in low salinity water. Or else u have to use the chicken essence bottle trick to lure them out.

just leave them alone they are good scavangers .... good for the tank ...
