Which MH DE bulb gives best blue effect

I am using 7,000K bulb, 70W, and it doesn't seem to give that kind of blue effect.

6.5kk........... yellow

10kk............ most white wif a tinge of yeloow

14kk............ clear white wif tinge of blue

20kk............ bluish

btw, wif 70W intensity, why not go get a few T5s?
