lighting for FUGE

any different for using white light and cool white ( yellowish) for FUGE ? if there is , which one is better ?? or a combination .

btw, warm white FL is abt 3kk, cool white FL is abt 4kk.

6.5K is called cool day light ( bit more on blue ) by Phillip.

Any advise on how many watts minimum is needed for the fuge ?

So i just need to change the tube to a normal household type can liao izzit ?

best lightings for refugium is 6.5k spectrum as its good for growth. the number of watts required is depending on how big ur refugium is.

if u can afford it, you can use 2x24watts t5 with a 6.5kk tubes. that will definate promote growth to your micro algaes.

PL tubes run abit hot compare to t5.......
