Do sexy shrimp hosts anemones?

Hi, I just want to find out if ###### shrimps host anemones, because mine stay in one of the anemones for a few days already. I have done some search online, and there are no mention of them hosting anything.

Anyone care to clarify?

Got 6 from reef n nature. One is MIA...

But the other 5 seems to be ok.

Thanks dradttg. I have 1 anemone shrimp which seems quite fierce and actively defending its anemone... So the other 5 crowded to another anemone.

Hi Bro,

Get the bigger sized one. Most of the LFS has those that are only slightly bigger than brine shrimp. I put 5 in my tank and all MIA.

The latest 2 I got from Reef en nature is about 1.5 cm.

Wow, that is big. Mine is only about 1 cm. My tank now only have shrimps so they are more daring and often roam the sand bed.

I read that they do better in a group. you may want to take that into consideration.

What anemone does the ###### shrimp prefer? BTA or LTA?

Thinking of getting one for my ###### shrimp pairs.

Not really sure, but they seem to like the mini bulb anemone.

Got 2 from AquaMa*in at Jln Kayu...Been hosting from my zoos then to yuma rics and then now settle on my bubble!!! haha...very interesting creatures though...like the "butt-shaking" movement.
