Anthias Problem

hi fellow reefers.can help me on this problem,jus bought an anthias , a pink and orange coloured one.Dunno wat 2 feed it & my damsel is chasing it.

if u can, catch the damsel out. otherwise the anthias will be too stressed and refuse to eat

feeding cyclopeeze will be good. btw, most anthias r schooling fishes....... will do better if u get at least 4 or more. but this is dependent on how well ur tank will be able to to accomodate the high bio load due to the frequent feeding that these fishes need. If u r not confident that ur tank can take the high bio load, then i'll advise u not to rear them as they will die in no time.

You should know that anthias need to be fed very frequently the whole day.

They feed on planktonic foods like brine shrimp or cyclops

To start with feed wild collected zooplankton. Then cyclopeeze and then mysis shrimp. For anthias you need to feed frequently.
