Hi Bros,

:D:D:D

I will be making another order (Currently using one) from the US for the PhosBan Reactor 150.

Estimated price at the moment is about $120 with 1 Jar of 150gram PhosBan.

Good thing with this FR is that the size is small and very versatile for installation ie. can be hang externally, in sump or in-line.

The quality IMO is quite good too.

If I can get more orders, I can try to reduce it further.

Interested Parties pls input your name below. :)

PS: As this is a personal purchase using my own funds, I may enforce a small deposit as there seems to be too many pilots around latey :(

Some pics and write-up of the products. :D

BTW, it is made but the Two-Little Fish company.

THE EASY WAY TO USE PHOSBAN OR ROWA PHOS

The PhosBan Reactor model 150 is designed with the up-flow principle to achieve the most efficient use of PhosBan or other chemical filter media. By pushing water from the bottom upward through a dispersion plate, the reactor gently fluidizes the media and forces an even distribution of water through it, which prevents channeling.

Use one reactor for up to 568 Liters (150 US gallons). Multiple reactors may be used for larger aquariums.

For use with minimum 150 grams (290 ml) up to a maximum of 200 grams (385 ml) of PhosBan. The PhosBan must not fill the reactor, so that it can be fluidized, which is the best way to use it to filter the water.

Dimensions:

H: 444.5 mm (17.5 inches) with valve attached up

W: 101.6 mm (4 inches); D: 114.3 mm (4.5 inches)

Includes barbed hose connections for 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) I.D. hose and a ball valve for flow regulation. Versatile installation options: may be installed above, below, or hanging on the back of an aquarium.

150g of media will only last at most 1mth..depending on how much fishes and bio load...might even be 2weeks...

if this reactor is selling at $120, and only can fill 200g of media, i would say it is rather small..

Reef Maniac's FR though more expensive, it can fill almost 1-2kg of rowa which can last up to 1yr even with extremely high bio load...
