Ideal salinity level for reef tank

it could range from 1.021 to 1.026... just no drastic salinity swings...

look at it this way... the higher ur salinity, the more dissolved elements u hav... ;)

however, u must hav some accomodation for evaporation... therefore, 1.024 could be gd... :)

however, at higher temp n salinity, dissolved oxygen decreases... therefore, for a tank w/o chiller, i wld recommend not to have too high salinity ;)
