lights 24/7?

Theres no correct/better way.

I know of a friend that works till late...so his lighting will be on only at night and off in the day...so he can see his LS when he got home. Recommended lighting period is around 8-10hrs.

That's what I do too. My reason is that the temperature at night is cooler so temperature rise from the lights will not be high.

just switch ur lights on acc. to ur needs loh...

if ur photoperiod is in the daytime, one advantage is that u may get a bit of the natural sunlight to supplement ur lights...

on the other hand, in the nighttime, u might view it more often, n it's cooler that way too ;)

btw, i on mine from 11am to 9pm :)

i switch off the light at 730pm ... on for 8-10 like that . when i slp they slp too ;)
