Real hard to find because Mazda 121 are more than 10 years old so you will have to shell out money for the new COE. 6K won't get you anything because they will get more money scraping the car! I use to have a 121.

after checking n quoting frm car dealer this is roughly the price they are selling currently got one dealer he is selling but he do thing VERY SLOW.. because its cheap he like LAg lag nv really focus.. so that y thot of finding it myself.

The Mazda 121 launched in Singapore 1991 but there was a facelift in end 1993 I think. The face lifted car looks the same externally but the interior looks better. It was a small car ahead of its time. 1.3L with EFI in a small Japanese car more than 10 years ago! For comparison, Lancers then still had carburettors that spit petrol on the engine.

One way is to look around in car parks and leave notes on cars that you are interested to buy. Always make a reasonable offer.

The breakdown like this.

scrap $8k, plus COE ~$30k, plus markup n repairs done by dealer.

~ $5k.

Divide by ten years. $4.3k.

$6k can't get you a 2years life span car if from dealer..

unless direct buyer & seller transaction.

not really 6k la.. 6.5k also can.. found alot 6.5k but other ppl action very fast. saw the ad in the afternoon.. give them a call and they said its sold..

I used to drive a 8 year old yellow 121 with open top.....very fun to drive. Now, all 121 are coe cars as all more than 10 years liao.

Are you sure you don't want a Suzuki Swift GTi? The 121 is quite a girly car.

most of the Gti i've seen in dealerships are really in bad condition...imho quite hard to find a decent Gti...
