bro,i see a couple of mistakes...by placing ur tank in a wall like this,u cant really put ur chiller and skimmer and calcium reactor and what not beside or inside the cabinet...and the durso,it needs to be enlarged to a bigger size than the inflow piping,or it will not work well...(according to stanley)...

juz my 2 cents bro.and thats a nice cabinet u got there.

(see attached to know wat i mean.)

nice foot :D

Close up of the eheim 1260 fixed externally :)

You might want to consider a shut off valve in case you need to service / replace your pump in the future. Otherwise, you will have to drain the entire sump.

You also might want to put an elbow facing down connected to your sump output so that if neccessary you can run your sump levels lower without a ###### sound from the bulkhead.

Nice work :)

my friend, did you give it a slight wash? if not i advise you pile your mechanical filtration compartment with lotsa cotton wool to filter out the debris , the dirt, the dust and all unwanted stuffs. Otherwise will seriously degrade your water quality. anyway nice sump you got there.. ;)

Yeh the wool is catching a lot of roots and particles from the sand... i did wash the sand.. 3-5 times infact... seems like it wasn't enough <_<

sorry bro...must have missed it.

Spent the whole afternoon selling things....another fren came and bought almost all the rocks. I am left with a little for my own 2.5 cube.

You have a nice tank going there...love the position..fit really nicely in that corner.
