Assistance on MH lights

HI, my MH lights keeps tripping (as a result, my whole house blackout) when i turn it on. Anyone know why and how and where can i get it fixed?

How many wattage is your MH?

Electronic ballast?

How much load is there on the socket? i.e. Total wattage being drawn.

Do you know that the MH draws a very high current during start up, then drops back down to normal as it warms up?

to tell you the truth, i do not know.

i know that the brand is Atman and the watt is 220 - 240 w. the bulb is 150V

Dude! The Wattage is 150W and the Voltage is 240V!!!

How many of those do you have? Are they connected to the same plug?

My guess is that there wasn't any capacitor in that unit....which indirect trigger the power trip.

not easy for the MH to overload the plug, as main cable can easily take in abt 2000W, altho it can be split into many different points in the room. (if I dun remember wrongly.).

I believe wire wongly connect.

Mine is connect to 2x150w, 200w in all together so total 500w from main socket no problem at all.

Check wiring in ur MH casing

it is tue that atman MH dun comes wif capacitors. not sure abt the recent batch. but definitely true for the previous batches.

it was working fine for the last ten months of so........anyone know where i can get it fixed or checked???
