Is this skimmer good for a 3ft x 2ft x 1.5f tank?

Details:

FOWLR tank...but i wan to keep alot of fishes..currently have 1 purple tang..1 Koran angel..1 clark clown..1 Cardinalfish and 1 goby...current skimmer is weipro2012..

Plans to add a small lionfish..2 bloodshrimps..2 cleanershrimps..3 more angels..4-5 other fishes...

This skimmer can handle this kind of bioload?
