I hear there are cases like these in Singapore too. Pple throwing cats down from HDB flats, pouring hot water on them, running over dogs and leaving them to die....

It's a pity that some pple do such sadistic acts, but i believe they will get their just desserts one.... condemned to the 18th level of hell? So dear pple, please take care of your pets/ or show respect to the animals living in your area. They feel pain just as we do too....
