SRC Member jesperlam Posted August 31, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted August 31, 2004 Raymond is my CIBTC batchmate...seldom see him already...if see also act dunnoe...he quite dao nowadays.... To get no.1 uniform much depends on who is the Guest-of-honour...if those crappy sch district heads, then u wont get the chance...if its a high ranking official...most prob u'll get it... Wah fancy drill ar?...last time do learn a little...using a Mark4 to carry out those moves will be tedious for the cadets. You cant assume they can have the fitness to be on par as u CIs. Mark4 is heavy...thats at least to the cadets.
SRC Member jesperlam Posted August 31, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted August 31, 2004 training the recruits?...we call them NS-men/trainees...no recruits...they have pride ok!~? Those that teaches them is FI a.k.a Field instructors. The bugger that co-ordinates the NPCC day parade is also the FIs. The CIs only plan the outlook of the parade. The drills and ceremony part is all the FIs.
SRC Member sps_dude Posted August 31, 2004 Author SRC Member Share Posted August 31, 2004 oh sorri....... hmm.... trainees........ so what requirements do u need to have.. in order to be a FI.....haiz.. thats why muist train from now..... actually our school NCOs are corrupted.... police acad say no push up..... but we limit our push up to 20 per parade.........we like almose every week got rifle drill.... but i no need to participate..... i will be out ... i will just train the cadets only..... SRC Member jesperlam Posted August 31, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted August 31, 2004 Iyah....not corrupted la....pushups only ma...summore only 20. Imagine u go NS then kena tekan do more than 100/day...then u know its nothing compared to what u're doing now. Young ppl nowadays so stubborn, no corporal punishment they'll be wacky and cracky with the senior ppl or officers.
SRC Member rockfish Posted August 31, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted August 31, 2004 Which area is it from> I think my sch is in Area 2 together with Cedar? Anyway, it has since shut down (a pity consaidering we are a gold award unit b4. NPCC is totally different to NCC. NCC tend to follow the HQ program and schedule alot. In my time at NPCC, we (Cis and teacher) basically almost plan 90% of the programs which make it interesting,. including overseas trip. yeah man bro!! i was together with him during those days .. but frankly speaking .. NPCC and police are really way off .. its my experience in NPCC that let me see that police aren't wonderful/impressive as they seems to be .. have u ever see police man chatting online in the NPP... i have .. that is our "impressive police uncle.." ?? NPCC is a good way of spending ur time and using it the rite way .. but bro .. if u have the chance to really look at the police life style... consider ur dream again .. SRC Member jesperlam Posted August 31, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted August 31, 2004 rockfish: when is the last time u saw that??? they're currently now enforcing the rules to stop officers from surfing the net. only those with certain rank and file will get internet access. so i guess what u're talking abt is the past
SRC Member sps_dude Posted September 1, 2004 Author SRC Member Share Posted September 1, 2004 well.. i know the ways of the npcc and the ways of the SPF are way off.... but it still gives us the sense of being the police of the school.. through duties such as road duties on major events... we are given the chance to be authority... bossing parents to park properly.......it is the same blue uniform we are wearing..... and for those CIs its the same cap that we are wearing... the NPCC pledge i believe is modified from the police pledge.... "to serve our country, the community and the government we will always presereve the peace and uphold the law" ..... i have taken my pledge to serve my country and i will do it.....
