Please arrange your own mover/delivery and they need to bring it down one flight of stair. No leak or crack on Display Tank or Sump and I have cleaned it up the best I can (if you are more fussy can also use citric acid or razor to make it even cleaner). Tank and cabinet condition is good. Comes with standard display tank, glass sump, red sea ATO small tank, standard pipe. Tank Cover will be thrown in which is extra. I have drilled 2 small holes on the right side of cabinet to hang my console but is superficial and can be covered up with white silicon (refer to picture).
