I flipped thru the magazine in Jurong East Library and I found that the magazine is more for tropical fish than marine.

Instead of buying, why not just borrow from the library? If you really like reading it, it is not to late to subscribe.

My personal opinion is that there is a wealth of information in the www on any particular topic. There are webpages detailing nearly every aspect of an aquarium. It's just a case of if the enquirer can be bothered to search.
