How to remove the CHlorine from tap water

RO = Reverse Osmosis

DI = Dionised (Water)

These units are filled up with resins and all to remove metals

and unwated stuffs from the tap water.

An alternative is to use additives that removes chlorine + chlromine

Cheaper for start up, but top up eventually IMO should used DI/RO

water.

You can get RO from Sealife .. they sell KENT Marine products. They go by how much water they can produce in a hour. eg. 100 GPH meaning 100 gallon per hour.

Or you can order one from the net. Mime is from Aquasafe 100 GPD - 6 stage RO unit.

Hope it helps.

They have the alternative custom made DI units which is not bad and much cheaper compared to Kent kit

IMHO, dun need to get marine branded RO/DI unit. juz go shop for an industrial one will do. not forgetting, using RO/DI unit, u will waste water, unless u hv use for the discarded water from the RO/DI unit. resins needs to be changed periodically as well. ;)

Juz me 2 cents, not against RO/DI users/sellers but rather to show the "hidden costs". ;)
