Suitability of Yellow Coris in a Reef-Tank

I didnt like it stirring up the sandbed......

and they will go for the shrimps when they are bigger....

if you dun have any shrimps..it should be OK. though I am not sure it will go for the smaller fishes like neon gobies when it is big enuff....(never trust a wrasse)

I have a twinspot hogfish instead..been in my tank for 3 months and no threat to my shrimps and neon gobies....think it should be OK.

but hey...you never know..fishes with such big mouth..... :evil:

(at least this guy doesnt sleep in the sandbed :angel: )

After doing more research and various recommendation and re-assurance from several ppl who I hold in high regard both here and in RC, have decided to keep a pair of Yellow Coris in my tank for biological control of parasites and pyramid snails.

It has also been mentioned that Yellow Coris will clean parasites off fishes similar to the Cleaner wrasses.
