Thats the problem the world of gossip on a product

That comment was for his liquid products.So i will not comment on it. See Dust_to _debris willing to start a review on it or not.

As for form its avaliable as a powder,dosing was easy just sprinkle on the tank that will do.

the instruction says 1 teaspoon for every 100 gallon (MY tank)

but i break up the dosage 1/8 daily and i can't finish the powder for 3 yrs

Ok there are times where i am busy with my work so i can't dose on some days

But there is a time i forget to dose for week and my tank inhabitants still continue to flourish maybe thats why it says that the product dissolve why your lifestock wants it.

So you overdose it will still be there waiting to dissolve as your lifestocks need it.

Irregular kalk dosage as well. sometimes dose a bit of reef buffer to keep the ph above 8.

i think the reason why the products have received bad response is that they did not state the contents and the name sounds funny "Funky Old Reef Mud"

if its sugarwater.. and it works like magic.. china long ago mass produce liao.. contents are kept secret so others can't copy.. you try sugerwater in your tank lar.. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE 'RESULTS'!!

I have read a lot of reviews on Marc Weiss products, some good reviews but majority are negative reviews. The main reason is that he does not state what are his ingredients, this made his product a suspect, some hobbyists had short term successes but others report algae bloom. I have tried his blackpowder but cannot see any positive results and it smells bad/foul.

Anyway you guys can try his product without knowing what the composition is as long as you see results. If this is what you want to do, by all means, it's like someone having a headache and is prescribed with a heavy dose of panadol, sure the headache will go away, if you do this all the time you will be addicted to panadol to solve your persistent headaches. Don't you think you should find out what the side effects are before using it? Take another example, if you are sick, are you going to take a drug without knowing exactly what it is? Some goes and see a bomoh or sinseh, a lousy one will make your illness worse in the long term as you don't know what they prescribe.

I suppose all sensible person should know what you are paying for and not just because it works...but for how long?

Did ask whether can give an analysis on the product but no reply after that....
