acropora keeping

today just bought acropora at paris ris.when i put in my tank, a few hours later,,,, i noticed a it give a lot of fine white strand like hair that almost cover my tank..is it normal ? well its my first time i bought acro anybody having this problem? any body want to share experience how to keep it well n healthy...

When you first introduce acros into your tank they will shed their mucus coat which is supposed to keep them from drying out when they are packed in the bag (certain portions of the acro will be exposed to air)
