scaping need to net fishes out?

hi guys, doing a major rescape to my tank.. is it better if i net out the fishes? some gobies.. and tangs...

i dont net them out in the past and i soon find ich on them due to stress.. so im thinking to net them out since i got afew tangs..

WOW! before you rescape you found pistol shrimp already?

yea they can been seen.. my goby shrimp pair always follow them around 2 goby 2 shrimp both pairs

last time i always do major rescape with my fishes in there.. but they always come down with ich.. out of 6-7 major rescape 3times got fish die lor.

just did a major rescape after hunting for uninvited crabs....all LS ok. Maybe take out a few LR's first start from there.
