Suggest you either drip, pour slowly over a period of time. Don't just dump everything down at once. Did so once and experienced stned sps and shocked zoanthids which took weeks to open again...

than for the magnesium use drip or just pour in to the tank ?? which 1 is better ?

Definitely, you can get the Mg test kit from LFS.

Got Salifert's Magnesium Testkits which are pretty accurate dat you might wanna use...
