SRC Member AlfaRomeo Posted August 13, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted August 13, 2004 Me personally run my MHs for 10 hours and Actinics for 12 hours... Lighting cycle start from 10am to 10pm so fishes can go to sleep and rest from 10pm till morning which is more than 8 hours of sleep ... hehehehe...
