Looking for advice on RBTA

Looking for some advice on my dying anemone. Got an RBTA from local fish shop over a year ago, and it hasnt been doing well since. It started at about 7cm across, and over the year it has split once and both halves of the anemone have shrunk to a tiny size, barely 1cm each. My water parameters are good and stable, and my LPS corals do just fine in the tank, so I thought it might not be a water issue. Have tried spot feeding, lighting changes etc, and I can’t figure out why it’s not doing well. The only residents in the tank are a clownfish and a green chromis, with some usual hermits and snail cuc.

Any kind suggestions / ideas / advice? Could it just be that my tank is too small and unsuitable for an anemone? (20 gallon tank)

Thanks!
