WHERE TO GET CHEAP FISH TANK???

Halo to all the seniors out there. I'm thinking of upgrading my 2 ft fish tank to a bigger one, probably a 4 ft. May I know where can I get one with the "bio setup" or should it be "overflow compartment"? Price do matters as I'm a poor student. Pls help...
