The Reef Maniacs GAC Add-On

Having the opportunity to test the Reef Maniacs GAC add-on on my aquarium, I found that this add-on has helped me in bringing down the amount of organics pollution much faster then before.

For the build and design, it looks very professional but lacks of a Reef Maniacs Logo on its product. Hope to see a Reef Maniacs Logo on all its product soon.

i agree the GAC add-on is great and very effective. 1 thing to note is that it needs frequent cleaning to avoid clogging. 5 star for Joe's workmanship

I think that shouldn't be a problem as I was told to replace the carbon monthly.

agree.. i found mine choke after running < 1mth. u are rite, carbon not meant to be in the GAC for too long, so it should not be a problem if regular cleaning is done

Can't remember at which post in this forum saw a photo that the GAC have a filter wool at both end of it.
