Star Polys not opening

I have bought a star poly and it did not open for the past 1 week. Can I know what can be the possible reasons? My nitrate is kind of high and the rest of the parameters are ok.

I do not have butterfish or angel or fishes that will attack star poly.

As a guide, my RBTA and GBTA are surviving fine and happy. I thought that star poly should be easily to keep then BTA?
