White bacteria slime

Hi sifus. I seem to have white strings of bacteria bloom. I have siphoned out about 80% of them but the remaining just dont seem to dissapear. I had run 55W UV for the last 48 hours but no diff. Anyone can advise?

For the last 48hrs I've:
- Stopped  NoPox
- Remove all carbon

- Limit skimmer to 12hrs
- Run 24hrs UV

NO3 is at 0.2

PO4 is at 5 (rowaphos still in system).

 

Condition is still the same. The white strings seem to be growing and spreading.

Any sifus can input?

use another bacteria to attack this bacteria? microbac7, special blend, etc?
