Hi lee, want to know where I can get the glass scraper and how much did you pay for it? :thanks:

I had already throw away the package. Think is TOM brand and quite common in most LFS (retail type) and probably cost around S$12. Actually it also come with removeable sand & algae scappers as well.

Better be real careful with metal blades - whether sharp or blunt ones.... my tank has lots of heart-wrangling micro scratches to show. But it seems strange that they don't appear until some months later after you use the blades. You will see them clearly at an angle under strong lights.... :(

I tried plastic cards etc but too soft though. Am using a small acrylic sheet (about 2-3 mm thick and about palm size). Personally find them very effective and glass safe.

Try this, guys. It's a blade-type glass scraper and it's good. Been using it for months. Scrape coralline algae off the glass easily too! :):):)

And I just bought my el cheapo razor blades to mount in my DIY scraper. :(
