Some shop owner doesn't know the value of the customer. We are in Asia and eventhough I don't expect customer service like in US or Europ, I do expect some level.

In your case, assuming that u had telled u the true, the shop owner should be check and make sure b4 accusing ( or I would rather say , using HARD WORDS ) to hurt customers.

Simon puts himself in the owner's shoes. And pointed out some of the valuable points. However, b4 we process, we should have access both side rather than putting one side's shoes.

IMO, I don't think u were wrong neighter the shop owner. However, he should not use HARD WORDS to hurt customers, I don't think he wanted to be hurt himself. However, I am not so sure whether , he really MEANS it when he use the WORDS. So another think to doubt about. However, my urgument point would be by LAW's view, if the owner doen't want customer to open than he should have put the sign or wrapped the box.

Well, end of the day we live day by day. So just relax If u doesn't like the shop than don't go anymore.

I believe they ever experience ppls stealing or mishandling their goods and fedup already....so blast out .....infront of you....

If this happen to me I'll talk to that guys ask what the problem....

Anyway there no notice "Do Not Open" or "Pls refer to shop assistance" in the shop.
