Learning Car Driving

Personally i recommend BBDC. It may be too far for you. But over there, the passing rate is higher (no car etc), and more free slot (Can chiong your lesson).

If you are not hard up on money go for school, easier to pass. Reason, in school, you always practise in the circuit. so circuit should not be a problem for you. And when you go on road test. At timing like 10-12, 2-4 no car at all, so passing should not be a problem too. Morever, if you from school, the instructor will close 1 eye.

If you are confident of your driving skil and/or you dont have so much money to spare and/or have lot of time. Then take private. Can save you quite alot, think at least 500-1000. But provide you dont fail too many time, else end up the same as a first time pass school learner.

Cheers and good luck

Agree with ZO. Taking test at BBDC should be easier than other DC because of the traffic condition. One more problem you might face if you are taking private is the booking of the circuit. Priority always given to DC students first. My instructor only managed to book 2 sessions for me before my TP. Luckily never 'kana' any point during the circuit round.

Thanks for all ur suggestions. Since most of you recommend to join school, i will drop the idea of taking private.

Based on the reefers comments, BBDC could be one choice. But far for me...thk have to wake up early in the morning :(

How about comfort driving?

CDC or Ubi, as it is more popularly known, is not a bad choice either. a saying goes that if you can pass at Ubi, you should be able to drive under any conditions.

the amount of heavy vehicles you meet whilst on the road at Ubi can be peverse. if learned drivers like me and a few of my friends already have trouble with the Ubi traffic when it gets heavy, I dare to say it'd be worse for the learner driver.

but the amount of first time passers there is quite high as well...only a bit inaccessible. :P
