Water has greenish glow under Actinic light

Yesterday, I noticed that my tank water kind of glow (greenish) under actinic lights. Though the greenish glow is not as strong as my green BTA, it is still quite visible.

Under MH, my water is very clear.

Any idea why is this so?

nope...not at all..is there any green cynao floating ard the water at that time when your antinic is on??

smthing like red cynao..Cynao bacterial is kind of hair like algale ..

In that case, no. There is no cyno in my tank.
