I have seen this one on the web before. The resturant looks impressive ... but .... where are the fishes - only one lion It is better to have a tank where the fish stay put

i was thinking that most of the times we view our fishes in the tank and now the restaurant is built under the waters, the fish are seeing us as if WE ARE in the tank now....
