those cups coral need medium current and medium lighting. I'm using PL tubes and the placement is around 6" below water level. try to shift it to other location b4 it is too late. but make sure that the changes is not too drastic.

I'd also one and never open. just bit of signal to comeout and still not yet ( about 4 week in my tank ) and color changed to green from brown.

Place : HIGH, almost to top ( so high light )

Current : Medium in my tank ( with 200 time of my tank volume )

Life is like a peice of Uncured Live Rock [ from LFS ], you never know what you gonna get.........

Yup, mine too both opening like nobody's business. Hmm... Mine did open more when I added a T5 recently. But I put them in 1 month ago, they opened immediately. Maybe yours have been damaged or you never aclimatised them properly when you got them. ;) I suggest you check your parameters and if they are ok, wait... They would open. They are quite hardy in my tank so far, that day accidently poured calcium all over one haha! Some undissolved powder touch it, then it closed for two days. Now open again.

PS: ryz, I have a cup for sale but haven't post yet. You want? Hehe!
